More time with Koki- cookie baking

After church today, we picked up Koki for some cookie baking. Koki has never made Christmas cookies!!! We did some prepackaged cookies first and then finished up with homemade thumbprints.

We had a great time with Koki today. This evening we had a great time with some other friends. It was a good day.

Old friends- back together again

WOHOO- Koki is in the house, or at least in the city!!!!  After 3 years of being apart, the boys are back together.  Bug is definitely happy to see him, but a little unsure.  Over the last 2 nights, he has definitely warmed up to having Koki around again.

I am thinking the cookie baking/decorating on Sunday will help reconnect the boys again. We took Koki to the zoo to see the lights on Friday night.

Saturday we took Pap to the store and Bug took a nap after being out late at the zoo the night before.

We took Koki to see the lights at the woods tonight and Bug was the official photographer.  here is his view from the backseat tonight.

 Bug is now sleeping - another busy night and a little later bedtime than expected.  But, I am not too concerned since he does not go back to school until 03Jan2012.  A few late nights is not going to hurt him since he can sleep late in the morning.

It was a long week.  I got home on Thursday night, slept most of Friday and I am still tired today (Saturday).  I am ready for a vacation. 

RTP- Day 1

Hi Bug, hope you had a good night with Mam and Pap.  You sounded well on the phone.  I am glad you are having a good time with them while I am gone.  Today, I was in an all day, but there was still time to meet with friends.  I had lunch with Lark's Momma and we headed outside for some sun and fresh air. 

We went to a gathering after our meeting and we got to see some Christmas lights at the houses on the street.

Tomorrow is another day of meetings and then a team building activity before dinner.  The client team will be with us, so another long day.  It is after midnight, so I am going to sign off.  Sending you sweet dreams tonight my little Bug.  Te amo mi hijo.
