Well it has been almost a month since I blogged, the drama of the computer not working right is getting old. Hopefully this week I can get everything fixed.
BB had his first games this week for the school volleyball team. We were not able to attend the first game due to Bug's piano lesson, but we got to attend the game last night.
Here is BB warming up with the team. The team warm up shirt says "you don't have to be great to start, you have to start to be great". This is the team's first year.
Still warming up. BB is the setter for the team, which is a very important role. He also is the Libero, which means he wears a different colored shirt and can be pulled in and out of the game at any time and typically he will stay in the back row for the entire game instead of rotating.
Practicing his serve- he has a killer serve.
The team clap after each point or side out.
Serving during the Junior varsity game
Yes, he can jump

Team huddle/hug when they scored some points on the other team when the other team only needed 1 point to win
The team has lost all games so far. Last night they played the number 2 team in the district and made the other team really work for the wins. It is going to be a long season, but the team has the potential to win games.
One Friday in March, Bug had a friend over after bowling and the fish fry.
They played Pokémon and had some Pokémon cookies
Bug had his piano recital on 15Mar.
He really likes music
These were the cookies at the piano recital
And his medal for his year of piano. He will miss next year's recital because cub scout Blue and Gold banquet is always the same day at the same time. Next year at Blue and Gold, Bug will bridge over to Boy Scouts.
On 17Mar, I surprised the boys with green eggs for breakfast to celebrate St. Patrick's Day. BB was very confused but he liked his fried green eggs.
Well that is about all for today. I should have some more pictures this weekend since is it Easter.
Love and hugs,
Deb
