Finally, after 9 years, I completed Rocket's quilt today. 200 5 inch squares (just a few more than 100 like the quilt is called), collected from 2006-2009. The squares sat for 3 years until I figured out what size I wanted them to be. The it took almost 3 years before I figured out a pattern. Rocket will sleep under all these good wishes for the first time tonight.
All the wishes are in a book for him to read and to match to the fabric.
Now on to the Quilt map of Guatemala and the other 12 quilt tops I have to finish quilting. I hope I can get them all done this year so I can start on some new projects.
