I can not believe that we have not been to the zoo this year, especially with Falco with us. We finally made it to the zoo this week while we are off school and work.
We got to the newest giraffe baby. She is about 4 months old.

We got to see the hippo. Surprisingly, the hippo seemed to like the almost freezing weather.

We saw the baby red panda. I am thinking they are weaning the baby, the other 2 pandas were in the pen and this one was alone- that is not the way they usually are in the exhibit area.
But the baby must have been able to smell momma on the other side of the wall. Baby was up in the tree trying to see if he could jump to the other side. But it was too far to jump.
