Bug and Pablo were very tired on 01Jan after partying on New Year's Eve. They ended up sleeping on the couch at the end of night, trying and failing to stay awake.
02Jan2014- snow day- of course we were already home since school does not start until next week and I am still on vacation. We are supposed to get 2-4 inches of snow today and I think we had 4 inches by the time Bug and I woke up this morning. The snow was still falling so maybe another inch by the time it stopped. But it sure looks pretty.

Bug and I shoveled the driveway, Pablo ran around barking at everything and everyone. After shoveling snow, we had a snowball fight and then moved to the backyard to make a snowman.
Pablo just wanted to chase his ball around.

after being outside for 2 hours we came in, drank some hot tea, ate some lunch and now we are watching a movie. One more vacation day left. Next week with school starting we are expected to have temperatures below 0 in the morning. Not looking forward to standing at the bus stop on Tuesday when the morning temperature should be -10 degrees F.
