2 years-

Today is the anniversary of our coming home and starting life as a family. for most people, this day is tied to the birth of their child, but those of us in the adoption community don't have that date to tie our lives together. our date becomes some other date- I know people who have chosen the date of referral, the date they wee approved by court, the date they had their embassy appointment, or some like me choose the day they came home to the US.


Here is a look back: June 2007- home 1 day. Carrying Meme everywhere. Meme was his life line back then.



June 2008. Meme was not so big in his world- more an after thought at times.





June 2009: we had to go dig Meme out of the pile of toys in his room. Good thing I got this picture after some fun with Bug otherwise I am sure Meme would have been abandoned somewhere.





We had a good evening- pictures tomorrow of our outing for family day.
bug is sleeping on the couch again.

    The Children of THE HEART, Grow in the mother heart instead of to grow in their belly.
    To give life is love that son until the point to make it a happy man by force of love.
    Do not need your eyes, but you will your smile.
